Since its creation, VALEMBAL has always been committed to a policy of continuous improvement, notably obtaining ISO9001 certification in 2008. We approach this approach with common sense, pragmatism and simplicity and use it as a dynamic tool allowing us to manage our organization efficiently.

From systematic control of our raw materials to controls, before, during and at the end of production, each stage of the realization of your project is carefully monitored, guaranteeing the conformity of our manufacturing to your specifications and regulations. in force and absolute traceability of the production cycle.

Environment

At VALEMBAL, we act in favor of the environment and responsible development:

100% of our industrial waste is sorted and recycled.
We are reducing our energy expenditure and our carbon footprint through LED lighting in our workshops and our stocks, the gradual installation of photovoltaic panels and the organization of work over 4 days for the production workshops.
We preserve nature by maintaining a wooded area on our site and eliminating the use of pesticides for the maintenance of green spaces.
We favor short circuits and responsible purchasing by supporting local and French partners.
We promote carpooling and soft modes of transport.

At the beginning of 2016, VALEMBAL committed to a Corporate Social Responsibility approach with the aim of contributing to sustainable, social and economic development objectives.

Loiret's business trophy

On December 15, 2022, the Loiret business trophy jury, organized by La République du Center and its partners, awarded Valembal the ecological and energy transition prize as a reward for its commitment and the various actions carried out, ongoing and to come within and outside the company.

This distinction testifies to the excellence of the local economic fabric, and the values which drive local communities and entrepreneurs.

Since June 2023 we have participated in a departmental group for exchange and interaction around CSR. This group made up of around 40 members (quality managers, managers, local authority stakeholders, etc.) offers, on a voluntary basis, thematic meetings on the principle of interactivity of good practices.

All types of companies are represented (size, sector of activity), the exchanges are rich, fruitful and collaborative. They allow us to consider a global CSR approach, without preconceptions and focused on sustainability.

ECOVADIS achievment

In 2022 we decided to measure our environmental, social and ethical impact according to the principles of CSR by submitting our performances and results in complete transparency to the Ecovadis organization, an independent reference in the matter.

The bronze medal was awarded to VALEMBAL, thus promoting the various actions implemented in connection with CSR.

Our commitment and the efforts we made in 2023 and 2024, particularly with regard to the environment, reducing energy consumption and promoting well-being in the workplace, enabled us to progress and win the silver medal.
